PDAF AND DAP (PORK BARREL) ISSUES:
On the issues of the constitutionality of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) and Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP), Ang Nars Party-list upholds the Supreme Court’s decision dated November 19, 2013, declaring that the PDAF is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
