  • Joint Manual of Operations in Providing Assistance to Migrant Workers and other Filipinos Over-seas (The Manual is promulgated to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to overseas Filipinos, particularly those in distress who require prompt and proper assistance at all times. This is in collaboration with DFA, DOLE, POEA, OWWA DOH, DSWD)
  • Revised Annex C of the Department of Health (DOH) Administrative Order 2012-0012 which now includes nurses as one of the health care providers who can handle normal deliveries of newborns that opened an avenue for nurse entrepreneurs to own manage and operate their own health facility — initially, a birthing facility then a family care clinic wherein the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) will pay the nurses an amount of PhP 8,500
  • PRBON Board Resolution #31 Series of 2015 which regulates and monitors the conduct of In-Service Training Programs to stop exploitative schemes for nurses such as false trainings and false volunteerisms; and shepherd the same until it has been promulgated and published
  • Co-authored House Bill 5403 that paved way for PhilHealth to revise its Dialysis Treatment Package and increase it from 45 to 90 sessions per year
